Cut & Contour Plates
Mesh, foils, or plates may be placed in the water (70 degrees C) and then cut with scissors. The thermoplastic capability may also be used to create a three dimensional contour, simply dip the plate, remove and perfectly adapt the material to the bone using only your fingers.
The material will harden in 8-12 seconds, but you may dip portions or the entire plate again until you have achieved your desired shape. Complicated shapes are simple to make using this process.
Thin 0.1mm profile material is flexible and may be cut with scissors or a scalpel without the use of heat. The 0.1mm Foil profile is semi-flexible, and may be slightly curved without heat in situations that do not require large or three dimensional contouring.
